this is an easy one, get the next smaller socket down, hammer it on it, it will go, and be tight enough to grip to bolt to take it out

You can get a wrench somewhere that will fit any sort of nut, that might work...

Could have a drive to Mansfield and leave it parked in the centre, can guarantee within half an dhour they'll be undone, can gurantee you'll still have your wheels though!!

Best thing to do is have a drive up to your local garage and see what tools they have, I'm sure they will have seenb it before and be able to help. Good luck

Thanks guys.
I will learn from this
Got it sorted.
Been given the number of a guy that can get them off and it'll only cost £35 for all four removing.
A small price to pay me thinks.

Ta again

we use a socket with a reverse thread so as you undo the locking nut the socket grips onto it and undoes them, took me 2 mins to get some off a boxter this week. easy with the proper tools

You can buy a tool which has loadsa pins in the surface of the socket, its specially for removing things like this. Trust someone from near Luton to know lol

a freind of mind did this, he had someone weld a nut to whats left of the wheelnut, then undid it that way. if you do this make sure you coat your alloy thick in something (cant remember what he used...vaselene or grease maybe) so any stray splats of weld dont stick to your wheels

AND KEEP THE KEY BLEEDIN SAFE NEXT TIME!! :P

Lost the key. Cant find it anywhere :( :(
So how do I get my locking wheel nuts off without the key.
Tried a normal socket and hammered it on but it spun round after force was put on to untighten it.
Cant find/havent got the note that comes with some wheel nuts with a number on to get a replacement key

WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE BUGGERS OFF!!!!!!
