it helps you train for longer, so you get a better workout. i used to take it and had no probs at all. but dont think you will bulk out just by taking it, you need to train mate :thumbs:

My mate used to take it. One of the side effects is supposed to be over abundant testosterone. Man did he show it, was a proper meathead!!!

Just concentrate on wieghts and remember:

High intensity, minimal reps=strength and muscle build.

medium intensity, lots of reps=cardiovascular and stamina

low intesity=fat burning

if you do take creatine make sure you stick to the training program otherwise you will just put on weight in a bad way!

I tried it for a while once and it honestly felt as if the muscles were repairing faster therefore being able to train more intensly

drink a few mixed egg yokes every mornin bulk u out in 2 weeks mate!go to gym concentrate on 3 things at a time.dont do everythin,e.g pecks,upper arms,abs.then next time u go thighs,bum,back etc!

causes water retention which makes you appear larger without actually getting bigger muscles. when taken with carbohydrates it can in a small percentage of people reduce recovery time. waste of money IMHO

im doin regular bits n bobs i.e press ups, dips etc daily in doors. and they gradually puttin on muscle but more definition.

i actually wanna put weight on! im 6ft5 and skinny fooker. good shape just need bulk not happy with it :(

Use protein shakes or high carb shakes these help you put weight on

Get down the gym mate, I'd steer clear of anything like that imo. I goto the gym 3/4/5 times a week and do my weights, only been doing it a year or so and it's majorly helped. Not used anything for it and don't see the need/attractions

Im really looking into bulking out. and was thinking bout going on creatine... thing is im only 18 and no i have a lot of filling out to do naturally. any body got and experience with this stuff.

please post good and bad experiences.
