Depends where u go I suppose, some places are more 'to-the-book' than others.
Technically a car should fail an MOT if it has the wrong size/offset wheels on.
But how many people off here have passed with ET45+ 17's etc?

Rear light clusters... apparantly they do not have a refelctor and show the wrong colours. And yet they are EU marked :rolleyes: At least it dint fail on anything major tho!! its like doomsday!
