guy in my town has a nova with a 1.6 16v on throttle bodies and he uses the standard nova sr shafts and not had any problems.

i was a 1.4 sport then a 1.6 sport on tb's
now a 2ltr

What year? Dont forget, GSi's are getting pretty old now.

Nahh, Corsas had to have ones specially made up. I remember when the conversions started to be done :lol: Even C3RSA popped a driveshaft and CV joint, + many others.

THat wont happen now as specially made parts for the conversion are available. Think they are rated up to 300bhp.

was thinking coz
2ltr corsa's i heard loads of stories and novas' eating there cv's and driveshafts

but none of 1600's

CV joints and driveshafts should be fine.

They only start breaking when u put 18"+ wheels on the cars (like Grigglett and Brad had).

Anyone pushing 17"s is playing a game, especially on the older Corsa B models. If you win, the wheels stay on, if you loose, they come off, and u find a ditch :(

i have just checked the spec it doesnt mention any uprated or modyfied driveshafts
