I had the same problem mate, just need to adjust the clutch cable ;) I had to adjust mine every few weeks for some reason... then when i had done it it was sweet....a few weeks / months later it would grind again....but it was so simple to do i never bothered having it looked at...i just adjusted it again ;) | |

raver and xhale2007. u dont have gsi's f15 bearboxes y any chance as this happened to me 4 months ago. got so bad all of a sudden it ripped the thrust bearing to bits. now its happening again after putting a new clutch, cable and thrust bearing :( | |

i just ordered a performance clutch (got it cheap from soemone on here) so hopefully that will fix it! | |

my clutch is slipping and its hard to get it in 1st and 2nd sometimes, but is fine when the engine is off. Is this a clutch cable too? | |

My car suffers badly with the clutch cable as from this Wednesday it would have been adjusted 4 times. |
