quote: Tried this aswell, i thought it would work but we had to wind the platform up a long way so that the spring wouldnt be slack and therefore possibly bounce out that i made no difference:(

quote: are u sure? mine are the same set up but spax, again i need spacers u COULD get shorter/softer springs and wind the mall the way up over the wheel on your 16s, i know on my 17s this is not possible i needed at least 4mm spacers to clear the tyre and 5mm spacers to clear the rim of the wheel i use 3mm spacers BUT the tyre pushed on the spring platform its worn a line out of the front tyre inside wall, nothing major i have also done a LOT of arch work as my wheels now equal et42 17" and with 2ppl in the car the wheels sits right under the arch and still stees ok hope this helps
