I could or chose the ai606 or the A850T...

both just about the same - going for the A850T because it uses the original key fob.

clifford all the way, more tunable and upgradable and extra buttons on the remote come in handy for boot popping, lights etc

the A850T is good as it uses the current remote u get with ur corsa,

with the clifford u get another fob which u have to use, thus the buttons on your key are useless.

Also i have heard some bad things about clifford, but hey, thats not for me to judge.

Im unsure if i should get the dual prox or not,

£100 i think, but i been warned not to get it, as rain sets it off too

Shauny - the way I see it is that I dont care if the beep gets anoying because Im not going to be near the car when the alarms on, Im going to be at football, shopping etc.... So its everyone else thats gonna get annoyed

Also - how much extra does the proximity thing cost??

Noonster- im goin for the clifford 300 with proximity bleep.....it depends on what u want....if u want people to back off from ur car when they walk near it.. I was told it can get more annoying....but probably is worth it :D

Is the Toad A850T as good as the Clifford 300 - which is best?? At the moment Im getting the Clifford 300.

Also - should I get the proximity bleep for it, or are they a waste of money??

i got a toad with dual zone proximetry, only cost me another 50 quid. its annoying though, the fucking rain sets it off. plus its not a very loud beep like it is on cliffords.
