i know its a bit late now, but I work for a high street bank and none of our branches are open today, so i dont tkink any others will be, after all it is a BANK holiday lol

i should think they're open coz most shoppin places are open for boxing day sales, so the banks might be open, i would have thought so anyway

Don't think there open, but could be wrong, thay may be on saturday opening hours, so only open till mid-day
