had mine off today fitting a new exhaust system... had to drive to a different place with my exhaust off... sounded nice :D

If you want to start an argument with a proper 'know-it-all' and if the above was/is right then you could say that your car will run better as backpressure = a bad thing in a lot of peoples minds (and people with considerable knowledge) and has no beneficial effects but this is a sibject for great debate...and I am certainly no where near 'know-it-all' knowledge levels! :D

after goin over a speed bump i herd a crunch and knew it was the exhaust

it already rattles and always hitting things (cant afford to go to powerflow til after xmas)

since then the backbox got notoriously louder, crisper and deeper:D
but didnt sound as if it was blowing or anything

turns out the backbox had come totally away from the centre section when i finally got it on my mates lift 3days later

what affect will this have on the car.. driving it like this?

its all fixed now and back on properly and theres no damage to it
