To be honest if you're looking at spending 150 quid on either a video card or cordless keyboard and mouse, I'd be investing in another computer!

A KVM switch if you don't want to use both 'stations' at the same time.

Either a video card with 2 outputs, or two video cards and a dual-desktop set-up...

I'd think more in terms of the problem rather than the solution. Whats the second system for?

it would be possible - actually not sure if you could extend the monitor cable too far. I have got my pc in the middle of my room with monitor off one way which isn't a very long cable and TV off the other way with is only a 0.5m cable!

why not move the pc to the other room, if you want everything else (monitor/mouse/keyboard) in another room?

I have a pc set up in one room, and I want to install another monitor into another room which is linked to the computer in the first room. |
