nah that's not right. There are variations of star silver and each has its own code. The variations are not great enough to require the use of 2 or more different names. Vauxhall also have slightly different shades which they use for spraying plastics such as the bumpers as the different material produces a different end finish.

Brocade yellow is brocade yellow
Arden blue is arden blue
Auroa Purple is auroa purple ;)

Each pain has its own name. May appear different in different lights, but still the same paint.

Something like that :lol:

A touch up stick wouldn't match the paint because the paint on the car has been sprayed at a certain pressure to achieve the maximum effect, a touch up stick just wouldn't be as flippy :D

I try to tell all Halfords customers this but they never listen and they're back in the next day having the paint mixed to the colour code on their car :mad:

theres a silver plate thing in front of u when u open ur bonnet...there should be a number like 33L - this inidicates the colour of ur car

i need the exact colour code for my car, its star silver i think but apparently there are 5 different shades of this colour? where on the car will it say the colour code?? thanks
