the idea is to make it as quick as poss without majour work , cams would be good, cant be assed with the work of changing pistons etc.

will find out soon, looking at the car on friday.

car got rolling roaded at around 185BHP with them on, seams a ok gain, as its a pretty much standard 2.0XE aprt from the throttle bodies.

i can only go off what i saw off Russ2k2 who had his on a 1.6 16v

i wouldent go for the Regal ones, gte a Standard QED kit for 1500.

yea, it does retian the ECU etc, which im nae keen on,

just wondering if they are good, wouldnt mind changing the engine managment etc at a later date

for TB go SBD (not really good for road) or QED
the regal ones are not very good, there just like the Mantez powerboxs, i look at a 1.6 corsa with them on.
if u look on MIG web theres a full engine 2lt 16v with TB the full setup (engine box TB loom mangment etc etc) for 1200

yes it is. assuming it is mapped properly it should give ok power gains. 25 according to the site

is this the same as what Patrick had. it retains the OE ECU and airflow meter.

Jenvey (which SBD + Velos use) or Lumenition throttle boddies are better in my opinion with race spec management!

Bradz

yea, i heard SBD are good.

but looking at a engine which allready has the Dbilas fitted to it. so just wanna make sure they are decent enough
