or use platic bumper filler which does flex.

Caution.......

The standard bumper is plastic and therefore will flex, so ensure if your going to use filler that you restrict the flexability of the Std one.

was thinking of the other bumper thing but nothing that i want mate.im just goin got make the shape out of mesh 1st and see how it goes

im doing this for my college project! im jus gettin an old corsa bumper and moulding things onto it/ making cutouts with fibre glass, smoothing it with filler etc, then covering it in releasing agent and making a mould from that with LOTS of fibre glass and supportive beams. Then obviously making the proper bumper from the mould.

i would buy one from another car etc.. then mould the bottom half onto the corsa one.

ok im going to make my self a front bumper using an existing corsa one.just build over the top of it.so what can i use as e template basically.styrofoam?where could i get this?any other ideas?
