no its before a certain year, was 25 years old initially then the government realised how much money they were losing and put a stop on it at that point which was about 3 years ago.
So say pre 1975 ish (actually could be 73?)

car has to be 25 years old and have a mot,you just pop down to your local dvla with docs and they give you a free tax disc for a year:thumbs:
