If a new contract goes through & 'if' we hit our maixmum bonus each month it would equate to 29k a year working in a warehouse for Next Distribution ( clothes) on a 8.30pm - 6.00am shift

Unfortunately, we stopped 24/7 support a few weeks ago......out of hours (8pm-8am) is now covered by a single techie at home (rota'd weekly), where all calls get routed through to a company mobile they take home.

Last night-shift I worked for the IT support company I work for, we (has to be a minimum of 2 people on shift for Health & Safety reasons) managed to watch 2 films, a few episodes of South Park, and only took one 5-minute support-call about 30 minutes into the 8 hour shift! :D
