Actually with the GM auto boxes, they are quite smooth when they change gear, it only feels a bit 'jerky' when you have it in 'Sport' mode.

I have driven loads of automatic cars, and the gearbox on Vauxhalls seems to be the best so far.

You try driving a really old car with an auto box like a Triumph Stag or similar, you will certainly get more of a 'sea-sickness' feeling then! :!

I've been told that a proper auto box is better than the Easytronic box. I can't confirm or deny this really as I haven't driven a Corsa C with an Easytronic gearbox before.

My mums just ordered a new Corsa C sxi with the Auto box, the one where u can flick it across and have it sequential. She took it on a test drive and seemed to like it.

Anyone got one ? What do u think of it ? Any reliability problems ?
