get som e chain tensioners they work for me my chain never comes loose | |

Mine are half way back - the chain starts off tight when ivew done it but gets slack no matter what i do.. | |

get a socket set on the back wheel and plce the axle as fr back in the drop outs as possible - they dont need to be butted up at the very front - mine are about 1/2 way across | |

I cant understand why though - i think its coz i dont know how to tighten the back wheel up properly - it was ok til i changed the tyres then after it wouldnt stay tight - theres 3 nuts on each side - thes the two end nuts - then a locking nut between the frame and the end nuts then theres another one that keeps the wheel tight on the hub.. - Beleive it or not i took it to a bike shop but the bloke said he couldnt do it because he didnt have a socket set :lol: - He said he wouldnt be able to get to the nut inside the pegs. What a shite shop eh - and its got a reputation of being good :boggle: | |

Back wheels done up as tight as it can be. The chain keeps slipping coz it works slack - thats why i just came off it... | |

As much as i try i cant keep my chain tight - it keeps going slack after bout 10 mins of riding.. |
