Jambo i found it was best heating it for a minute rather than 30 secs the cooling had a better effect as the dent pinged out rather than slowly rised | |

you could probably use most things in an aerosol but just becareful because something could react with your paint work. you can get cans of compressed air for 2 pound off google shopping | |

just tried this on my nanas car with hair dryer and the new VOC 2010 brake cleaner! took two attempts but works a treat on a dent just smaller than my fist. Its a 2006 meriva to will upload pictures when im home if i cba | |

Yeah it isn't fake - hot air on the dint then the ice cold air can sprayed onto the same patch will work | |
