phone quotes:

liverpool victoria - no mods - £1259 !! (apprantly policies have changed in the last 2 months)
Adrian Flux - wont insure modded car untill I'm 19
Tesco.com + all mods = £1047 , apprantly my tinted windows rocket the price up :( :(

the only mods I do have are tinted windows+smoked side repeaters+smoked lights+debaged. I dunno why I ever bother declaring them when insurance is so bloody high.

sam, any idea how hard they are with mods?

No, but they will probably be the same as Tesco and Direct Line (as they are all the same thing basically).
