[/quote] I have never once "raced" my car on a track day, in all of the 20+ that I've done. I drive it at 100%; sometimes 110% as some people will know but I never race. Thats not the point of a track day. Driving on the roads and track are actually fairly simular in some respects. And it all depends on how you drive on the road. Good observation, not just whats coming but in the distance, keeping an eye on your mirrors and having them in the right position to start with helps. Hazard poception. Obliviously the driving flat out is completly different. [/quote]
