I haven't got a clue. My tailgate is sitting on my car at the moment untouched with the window still in it.

I bought another tailgate on the weekend which had already been flushed. Have spent the last couple of days smoothing it and primering it but didn't know how to get the window back in.

Doesn't seem to be any places for catches or anything so thought it might of had to been stuck in or something?

Don't you need some sort of special sealent? And does'nt it slot back in as well? Then use the paste, then fit the window rubbers.

put it in then push the seal around it, y do you need to take it out tho? can't you just mask it off?

...put the rear window back into the tailgate after flushing it?

It's important I find this out, have tried the help forum but have had no luck!
