dont get you... has the stud snapped clean at the face of the head, or is there enought to get a couple of bolts on and locked? | |

Drill Bit - a decent quality drill bit, smaller than the bolt... a few mm smaller to start. Best with a pillar drill to get it straight (if you can). | |

Well some of you may know it isnt my week and last night i snapped a exhaust manifold stud flush with the head (well little bit in the head tbh) |
