Strange. When my old work went in for MOT testing, the guy said it's all kept on file. Helps in instances of fraud. | |

Even if it did go to Court, the body that controls MOT's will have a date of when it was done, who did it, and what it passed/failed on. | |

ive phoned my solicitor, and its not going to court anymore, he assures me that it'll be dealt with and i have nothing to worry about :) | |

Is it possible to get a copy of an old MOT certificate? if so where from? |
