Slightly off topic, but I've decided not to sell anything via e-bay again cause it is full of time wasters who bid to buy then don't bother coming up with the cash.

I'm an understanding kind of guy so if someone has a genuine reason for not paying then I'd take it on board but to not reply to e-mails etc then thats just plain ignorant.

Hope you get your money back somehow mate, I'm letting e-bay sort my dispute out now.

the lad is a complete prick, was recently caught driving his 2 litre corsa with no licence, insurance, mot etc... total nobhead. I have had some dealings with him, never liked him etc.. I can get you his address if you like, and phone number.

I slated him once after he got caught driving without his insurance etc... threatened to come round my house with all his mates, so I sent him my address, he never turned up though

Dispute resolution on PayPal purchases

When you pay with PayPal, you gain access to a forum for dispute resolution called the Resolution Centre. To find this forum, log in to your PayPal account and click 'Resolution Centre'. Through it, you can file a claim against:

* A physical good that you paid for but never received.

* A physical good you purchased on eBay that is significantly different from what was described in the listing.

Dispute Resolution specialists gather information about your transaction and help you resolve the issue. Throughout the process, you’ll be advised of your claim’s status via email and on your Account Overview page.
