I'm not talking about the state pension, I know their in trouble with that! I'm a Civil Servant so I have a special non-contributory pension.

Yeah totally

The new owners might be idiots whom speed around/break every traffic law and people will think it's you doing it!

Plus with Moddin..you never get all your money back... might as well...break and sell..and go standard

maybe because he had created exactly what he set out to create so he has no more plans!

If I got a car to the stage where it was exactly what I wanted it to be like then I'd be keeping it for at least a year after it was finished so I could get some use and enjoyment out of it :)

You've just described modifying!

All you need is "for a massive loss" on the end and you would have hit the nail on the head!

Dont understand it when people do that.

I'll get my bodykit sprayed and fitted then save for a new car but have the intention of keeping this one if I can so in my case the money isn't being wasted as I'll still have the car :)

after looking at 06 plnas thread i am surprised to see as many people plan to spend alot of £ on there car then just sell it off.

whats peoples opinions on this?

i have spent far to much on my car and it looks like it still isnt going to be going but i do not see the point getting it just how i want then selling it off for someone else to enjoy.
