dont want to hijack but ive lost the clip off the actual cable , can i buy this or do i need a new cable? and how much are they? ta | |

its a metal clip on mine i think,on the left of the cable,u need to try push it down while bringing the clocks towards you,fiddly as hell | |

theres a black plastic clip at the base of the speedo IIRC. Push it down they should come out, if not you should see where the speedo cable goes into the top of the gearbox. :thumbs: | |

Just unscrew the speedo cable from the gearbox and pul;l the dials out gently. The will free up plenty of room. | |

theres a clip from memory that is spring loaded, push that down :P | |

Need to remove dials. Removed the plastic around it and undone the 2 screws either side of the dials. Pulled at it but it feels like its attached behind the dials somewhere. |
