Check the message headers, see where it's come from, and report it to the relevant ISP...

Thought I'd post this email I received today to warn everyone, I haven't spoken to BT but it looks pretty dodgy to me.

Recently we have undergone changes in the way we operate. From now on you can get a 4 megabyte connection speed as standard and we are happy for all our existing customers to benefit from our new high-speed Internet access.
