I have tried maplin they have black or grey. Also rob i thought of blue heat shrink knowing my luck i will melt the head phones :lol:

Try getting some blue heat shrink on the existing wires? I'd be highly surprised if you can solver headphone wire as its 'kin tiny! :lol:.

Thanks the reason i ask is because at work we have blue ear protectors and if i get blue head phones no one is wiser ;)
