i wish my skirts had of been stuck on.
came off in a flood and were run over.
i'd hoped they were repairable, but took them to bodyshop this week and he said they were beyond economic repair :(
i've ordered some cheapo steiny rep skirts now, but will have to wait and see about there quality.
don't think i've ever used a standard jack.

No, its only ever on ramps or trolley jacks and its got no spare anyway, it was a GSi alloy so I sold the set of five.

If I'm ever so stuck I'll just rag the skirt off, give me an excuse to clean behind it

Good thinking. I'll do the same to mine :)

Ian

Yeah mine are getting stuck on properly soon. Already bonded the jacking point covers to the skirts, next is skirts to body.

Some oil at sump and around oil filter..going to get it steam cleaned and inspect more. Small drip of oil on driveway...

New left inner cv joint..others look ok.
driveshafts look ok
Engine mounts look well made.
quite clean underneath except for 1 small pin hole which I'll need to get welded.
Brake lines etc all look ok...

so all in all not bad...this wasn't me looking at car was a mechanic, well I did look though.....

what I need to do is get side skirts stuck on away from clips because coming away in bits...

tiger seal???
