they will send u another copy of ur NCB, shouldnt cost u - it didnt when i needed one

copy of licence?? take it u have original so u can copy that again

if your new insurance company arent lazy bugger they will contact you old insurer and confirm details via phone/fax (a ncb declaration)

if not then all you have to do is re-apply for your pervious insurer's and they will send them out to you.

First insurnace was thru flux too.

1st company was ensign, now its Highway.

what to do is.. tomorow morning, phone Flux and tell them what has happened, also phone your old company and ask REAL nice to send again, they should comply unless they want a bad rep ;)

they should be able to send you documents again.

Had to return proof of no claims copy of driving liscence etc etc, put it all in pre-paid envelope ready to send to adrian flux.

Was on my way to see my girlfriend so i popped the letter in my door card. Forgot to post it then.

Now it is no-where to be seen :(
