quote: What do you want in the way of advice? Do you want someone to offer to insure your car for you? Its hardly the same as 'which cap is this?' or 'which tyres do you reccommend?' is it? I can but conclude that you are retarded. All need to do is phone you insurance company as say 'I wish to take out a one month policy' to which they will reply 'Crikey, you must be that simpleton from CS. However, we can offer the service and it'll cost £XX.' Its not difficult. Its not a judgement call. Its simple, there is only one way to do it. Phone them you thick cunt. Or get the bus

quote: I wanted advise you pleb, look around there are people asking for it all over. Why didn't the kid wanting advise on tyres do to a tyre shop? Why didn't painz go to a garage and ask what cap he needed? Think about it.

quote: Can you not make sense of the stuff you read then? it says that its "winter" = it is very cold. "and i have to get to Huddersfield 3 times a week" = i have to travel quite a bit which would be a pain in the arse as i'd have to catch the train. To catch a train i would need to get to a train station. Let me remind you that its winter, its bloody freezing and the train station is a fair walk. also its 4th of December till 24th of January so its nearer 2 months. Thanks for your advise, any none mentally retarded people got any useful advise?

quote: i would disagree as *any* insurance company i phone will have a bias view and will be too busy trying to sell me their policy. Most people on here have a car or cars so its likely they will have car insurance, therefore i'm asking advise on here. obviously.

Quite a few companies offer 14 day money back shceme, you could get insured with 2 different companies and end the insurance within the time allowed

Obviously the best person to speak to would be an insurance company unless anybody on here has or works for an insurance company!

my insurance is up for renewal on the 4th of december, The thing is im 21 on january 24th and when you do a quote for the policy to start as a 21 year old its considerably cheaper. Just paid 1300 for first year and i have just got a quote for 582 quid for a policy starting on the 25th of January. This is compared to a quote for 782 quid starting on the 4th of december with a compulsary 400 excess due to being under 21. Can anyone help? |
