on my old corsa i fitted most things myself, or my mates did stuff for me so nothing was done professionally on the bodywork or electrics not even the smooth boot.

only the exhaust and solenoid for smooth boot did i pay any professional to do it

everything except bodywork/spraying. I spray small parts with cans though, i've just done my interior and it came up really nice. I wouldn't want to attempt spraying panels or kits without the proper tools and equipment though

i try to do everything myself, get people to help me etc and show me how to do things, did all my bodywork myself with help from mates apart from painting, but i hope to learn to paint fairly soon :)

id rather pay a professional to do it and get a proper job done. i could probably do most things myself, apart from spraying.

Just a general question guys, when modding your car do post of you do the work yourself or take it to a body shop??

Things like smooth boots, bad boy bonnets, smoothing & fitting kits etc?
