quote: What he said, i changed to Mozilla and havent looked back. One question tho, is there a way to change the default explorer when going to Hotmail from the MSN list. I.E. click on new messages and it goes into Hotmail using IE still

Oh yeah - XP SP2 includes loads of useful shit like disabling automatic image linking in Outlook Express emails (so spam sites can't tell if you've opened their emails) and it also resets your Windows Media Player preferences...

If you install XP Service Pack 2, IE blocks popups too. Also, use Google toolbar for popup blocking. Or, alternatively, Firefox like Mr Joff said.

quote: i use firefox and get hords of pop ups even after removing pretty much everything, running spyware/adware removals etc infact, just read the window bar on the top of the pop up and its using IE to load up!! bastards!! still need IE for ebay tho as firefox wont let me use the easy way to creat for sale adverts and also when u press back it goes 2 the top of the page unlike IE which remembers how far down you were scrolled
