If you cancel the direct debit, how are they gonna refund your money? :thumbs:

I have Wanadoo BB and they changed my package from staff discount to full price and charged me £8 too much - I rang and they said the extra £8 would be deducted from the right price next month. But then a few days later the £8 got refunded to my card... Always pay for these things by credit card, then you can get the credit card to refund the money to you when it fcuks up! :thumbs:

about 2 months ago i got Broadband so cancelled my dial up connection with freeserve. A month after i got the BB freeserve took another payment so i rang em and cancelled it again :mad:

ive just looked now and the fucking theiving twats have taken a 2nd payment. raaa!! :mad: If you work at freeserve callcenter place, be prepared as im gonna ring u now u bastards. I may be in a bad mood. cunts
