First one, its not that much more expensive and if you're going to tune the second one anyway there's no point in getting it when you could of had the first one

i think 1st one is better investment nd with internal work should be very reliable.

Just need to take it out myself :(

Not sure when it had a rebuild, it was 20K ago. Seen pics of the head off and everything is perfect. I dont really wanna run like 300bhp yet as i need TC and and LSD. Im so poor after i do this i doubt i could spend a penny for months. :|

But essentially the top engine is faster :o :(

What to do dum de doo

forgot to say it has a hybrid turbo, guy is hassling me for when im coming ot get iti ive allready paid deposit for the 1st one, if i wanted to do all that work it would cost loads tho :(

Im undecided and i need a descision quick, im tempted by the 2nd option due to SH and price

option 2.....

like hybrid says, put it in and see how it goes before modding it, could get more expensive than u think dumping in one already done

option 2, get used to the standard power then when 85-90k comes up rebuild and modify engine to get proper power, do what ive done and get wallace performance evo6 software (360bhp) equivilant of v tunings evo6, sme software

Engine one:

C20 LET Re-built 20k ago, strengthened internals, cams, good for 300bhp with the addition of Vmax software and red injectors. (not included) Will run around 210bhp.
£1100

Option two:

C20LET FSH 60k, standard. £800 in my hometown

Which one would you go for?
