There might be something on useit.com, although coming up with a methodology isn't difficult, just things like how many clicks to find information, few sample things you need to find etc. and check how easy this is. Also code validators as Ed says. I'm sure RNIB have guidelines as well....

I know there are alot of you that work with computers so if anyone can help....
Are there any decent evaluation tools/frameworks that i can use when critiquing websites, i just need some references to support my assignment.
