The thing is though. If Q plate means modified too then it probably wont be as hard to sell or insure as it is now, as I guess it would loose the stigma that it has at the moment... Perhaps? | |

Reading through the the details on that post though & DVLA site, liek they said if the majority of parts are not from the original manufacturer (vauxhall) then points go against it, so surely using parts from vaux (like big-block engines, etc), then it won't count. my engine is not registered due to a rebuild - but its the same spec as before. this wont effect me will it?:( | |

Provided the bodyshell remains the same, your car is pretty much ok I reckon. Even with engine conversions, provided theyre OEM parts, I don't think it has an effect... | |
