the toot belt replacement is £93, labour is £64 - ( is this too expensive) and vat is £27 and that shud bring it to £184

How much are the parts to do it, i'm gonna do mine while I got the engine out and in my workshop...

the 16v ones are much more difficult to do as lack of room

yeh he sed that 16valvers shud be done every 40k. but price caught me by surprise as iw as lookin on a board behind hima nd it sed the price for cam belt changing for different vauxs which were under £100 and when he sed £ £180 me and the chap next to hip gasped.

Are they replacing the rollers too?

Can't remember what mine needed at 36k but it cost around £300 in total.

Thats about right for a 16 valver fro vaux

need to have me cambelt and the rest replaced as it should have been done by the previous owner at 40 000 miles but hasnt so ive got 2 have it changed now on 47 000 as potentially it could go if i go too far and too fast. £180 aswell the robbin buggers at arthurs vauxhall in oswestry.
