i had a 1500 watt 2 channel alpine amp running 2 DVC audiobahns at 2 ohms was great base but tbh i expected more

couldmaybe have done with a 2 ohm stable amp mate. the amp will run both audiobahn subs nicely, but audiobahn are renowned for performing best using very high power amps. will still sound mint though, just make sure you get the polarity right. look smart in your boot too!

4ohm im told!

the amp can run 2 channels at 200watts at 4ohms bridged

he HAS two subs, he's already said that.

Take pos from channel 1 and neg from channel 2 to pos and neg on one sub.

Then the same for channels 3 and 4 on the other sub.

If they were wired opposite to each other(out of phase) then it would just sound quieter than it should, cos they'd effectively be cancelling each other out. This is an effective way of speeding up the running in process of subs.

may be difficult to gain full power from a 4 channel amp through one sub mate. bridge it in the same way you did to run the two subs. then attatch one of the bridged channels to each coil. MAKE SURE you get the polarity right tho mate, cos otherwise, you could have one coil pulling and the other pushing at the same time!:D could be interesting
getting the polarity right is easier said than done if you have long intracate wiring routes so be careful.
good luck mate  build the power up slowly when you start up tyour sub, to avoid blowng it, because im not exactly an ice expert, just suggesting whats seems like logic, so tread carefully pal !

Iv a PG tantrum 4channel amp here at the mo it can run 2 subs at 200w at 4ohms, how do i connect it correctly to 2 12inch DVC audiobahn subs? in a double box with a partition down the centre

thanks!
