mine says its --.-oC now, think the wires for it are dead cos i've got a new sensor and it doesn't make any difference.

Well, if someone is interested, he could sent me the cores plus some money (which I will have to take a look to c how much the postage will be+expenses for the chroming) and I will send them back chromed.

It's not painted, it's a unique method in whick the plastic is elaborated and chromed in some kind of "oven".
I had this done at friend who does such kind of things, so I paid nothing, he told me that the kind of work that did to me costs about 25 euros, which is about 16 pounds...;)
