Most big garages take on apprentices, like someone previously mentioned go in to your local garages and ask.

 i dont wanna jump in the deep end, just a plain old grease monkey job would be fine, and i would work my way up from there. is there anywhere you can find a list of employers that take on apprentices, cos thats sounds like the route i wanna take.

Join a reputable garage and be an apprentice. Nothing beats on the job training and experience. Go into the big garages tomorrow and ask. Take a copy or two of your CV.

To get into Motorsport Engineering, you need a degree and/or lots of contacts. Unless your something special, you wont get into the serious motorsport. Not trying to dampen your hopes, just telling you how it is.

Get an apprenticeship wiv a a garage who well most prob send u too college one day a week.... simple!

SteveW

ask Mattb...

you can start by doing something like a motorsport degree... or im sure a local garage could/would train you up.. only problem is that you get paid.......FUK ALL
