sod the warnings. i got a final written warning for walkin out of work to take my mate home... came back, got suspended on full pay for 3 days. went back for a disciplinary hearing and got my final written warnin.
bit harsh as not had any warnings before..
all i did was go to my file the followin day, take out the letter, and threw it away. also did the same with the one in the safe.. so no proof of my warning.....

They will stay with you as you have just changed position not employment. So you will probably have the same contract or just a change of contract. The only way they will be wiped from your record is if it states in a contract or in the warning a time period that the warning will stand for. 2 written warning is already enough for a fair dismissal as per the regulations at a industrial tribunal

it depends on company policy!! check your contract!!

will be down to company policy i presume. Speak to your Human resources manager or supervisor:)
