Its certainly different, there was a lad some time ago who had a complete nightmare of a job as the engine sits too high. I'm fairly sure the Tigra kit was introduced in light of this, in which case it should be easy enough with that.

There is a Tigra conversion kit as there is slight differences in the engine of a Tigra and a Corsa. But if u get the kit u still need 2 uprate ur brakes and gearbox and get the engine mounts done and the engine bay strengthened. Quite alot of work involved in just buying the conversion kit.

yeah, got a chance of a 2.0 16v Corsa which needs some minor work to get it running too. If that doesn't work, I'll go for the Tigra and it will be a stripped out 2.0 16v beast. just need some advice on the conversion

Ok, may be getting my hands on a 1.6 16v Tigra with a wrecked engine for small money - I take it I can use a conversion kit for a Corsa on the Tigra given they are pretty similar or is there anything I should know? |
