tried tesco last night, took them ages to go through all the mods as they didnt have a clue, and then they said i had to have a tracker fitted, and then they wouldnt quote me because i didnt know the exact bhp of the car, i mean if they dont want to insure me then why didnt they just tell me at the start instead of me wasting 20mins on the phone to them :mad:

insurance is due up very soon so got sum quotes;

renewal with liverpool victoria was £740 all mods declared.
HIC was £697 with £250 excess
adrian flux was £730 with £500 excess, but would be £800 with 2ltr conversion. who else shall i try to try and get it cheaper????? names and numbers please.
