you really need to rev them to get the best out of the engine, keep it buzzing above 4.5k and it flys. Under that its a bit flat tbh. | |

It always feels the other way round for me... bro drives a 300bhp Volvo T5R and I'm like 'this isn't that quick really' but my Corsa feels quicker even though I know it's slower on 0-60 and beyond... | |

I think it might have something to do with the size of a car...like if you were in a bus... and it did 0-60 in 5 seconds you'd be wow!! but if a scooby you'd be like cool but no big deal.... maybe it was that plus there were 3 people in the car... | |

OK i'm telling you what i thought...and i know my cars! I understand the torque factor...but it didn't even feel quick..the Vec is 2.5...no need to agrue, its a meerly a observation on my behalf... ;) I just thought it would have more punch! | |

maybe coz u drive a 4door V6 and the 106 is a 1.6 Hot hatch? I found them well quick although i was only a passenger | |
