mine are legal. does it say anything about having people in the back seat when the front buckets have harneses??? | |

so long as the harnesses are fitted properly then they are legal | |

For competition in Britain rally cars must not exceed 120db - this is checked in scrutineering and also can be checked during competition. | |

I think for harness its more the angle they are fitted out. | |

All rally cars MUST be road legal (but dont have to be taxed) so therefore all harnesses designed for rally cars are road legal too. | |

For some reason i thought that you could only have the seatbelt type buckles on em, but there is nothing in the mot book that says anything about different types of buckles, only that they shouldn't be corroded, and that if they've got a brittish standards mark on em they are tip top to use in ya car, so if you ever fail ya mot on ya harness buckles, tell the mot tester to g.t.f, and show you in the mot book where its says they aren't legal.... |
