	OK WHAT WEIGHTS DO I PUT ON THEM? SUTTIN LIKE ? also where is best to get a heavier punchbag? me mates mate works in a boxing place so i think i maybe able to get dat sorted!

	Erm a bench will work your tits... with a multi gym, for legs, you can only do curls anyway which won't do much for your legs. When you buy the punch bag, don't buy from Argos etc, they're too light (20kg usually).

	i got some free weights much better overall then the multi gym plus you dont limit yourself to a weight or what excerise you do. You have lots of opitions to provent your workouts getting monotonous........ punch bag is always the way forward:thumbs:

	Multi gyms, like the one you displayed, aren't much good. You'll benefit alot more from free weights ie get a bench and some dumbells etc.
