I make the hot food units for Sainsbury - the units never get cleaned - the other day we were called out to a salad bar that hadnt been cleaned and there was an infestation of flys in it.............they were still serving food from it.

yeah you could be on to a winner here, what you need to do is make sure you have full doctors reports and get an environmental health officer to pay a visit to the branch and get samples of the mold. backed up wioth all this take a trip down to the local lawers firm and speak to one of the chaps there and explain everything.
