They are designed to take the impact, otherwise you'd fuck your self up as the speed would literally go from 20mph to 0mph. | |

they are designed to crumple at the front and not the back thats why, if the cavvy had hit the rear of the punto then the damage wuldve been similar to the cavvy and the punto wuldve come off lightly. Same happened to me in my corsa wen i went into the back of a 206 | |

i did the same in my mums micra. went into the back of a volvo at about 20ish. it looked like i had hit somethin at 70! sh!t car | |

:! i see a punto hit a cavaler up the arse earlier cudnt been goin fast only bout 20ish the front of the punto just collapsed it pushed right back bent wings etc. all it did was crack the bumper on the cav....i was very shocked! |
