If you shot them in the eye then yes you probably could, depends how powerful it is

Its after a certain amount of pressure that it needs to be licensed. Thats a firearms license. Makes no odds on gauge. 12lb and above needs a license

From what i know from shotgun licences you'd need a certificate. But with it being air or C02 powered under the preasure of 12lbs i think it is it should be ok.

Just to be on the safe side though

When selling ask for ID and make a note of the name, address and any other info including if possible serial number of the gun and keep this as your prove of changing ownership.

Make out a reciept with your name and address on it to confirm transaction.

This may seem abit OTT but if anything then happens with the gun out of your hands then you have prove of the purchasers name etc....

I dont know TBH. I would prefer collection on it, I live in Chester or Abersytwyth so could meet locally to either location.

£60 posted is abit less than I was hoping for as postage wont be too cheap on this as I will send it by special delivery

I dunno what the laws are about selling this sort of thing so may have to pull this sale if it turns out to be illegal :|
